Table Booking Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions
The Business Travel Awards Europe Table Booking Prize Draw is open to organisations that book and pay for a Gold or Platinum table by 11:59pm (BST) on 1 September 2026.
One entry will be awarded per eligible table booking.
Eligible prizes are:
Gold table bookings: One winner will receive two complimentary bottles of champagne to be served at their table during the Business Travel Awards Europe ceremony.
Platinum table bookings: One winner will receive a £250 bar voucher to use following the Business Travel Awards Europe awards ceremony.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the closing date.
Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of booking within 10 working days of the closing date.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Table bookings cancelled after the closing date will no longer be eligible for the prize draw.
If a winner is unable to accept their prize, the organiser reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
