Barbara plays a key role in high-profile tournaments such as the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2023, FIFA Club World Cup 2025 and FIFA World Cup 2026, where efficient travel solutions are critical to success. Her leadership emphasises risk mitigation, cost optimisation, and compliance with global standards, while fostering collaboration with internal teams and external partners. Barbara is based in Zurich, Switzerland, and works closely with FIFA’s global network, ensuring that every travel experience reflects the organisations commitment to excellence.
