Licensing Package

Use of the BTN Group logo or the Business Travel Awards Europe logo in any form related to award finalist or winner status requires the purchase of a licensing package. Finalists will receive a complimentary social media asset to promote their finalist status. Use of this asset is complimentary until 21 October 2025. After this time, the licensing packages will apply. Licensing packages range from £10,000 to £25,000 based on the award logo's desired channel(s) and application(s).

Option 1: 2025 Business Travel Awards Europe Award Licensing Package: £25,000.00

  • Unlimited Print (Point of Sale Material, Sales Collateral, Print Ads, Tradeshow Material), Digital (URLs, Banners, Email Blast, Social media sites, Web-Based media) and other Media (television and Radio) usage of BTN’s 2024 Business Travel Awards Europe winner logo.

Option 2: 2025 Business Travel Awards Europe Award Licensing Package: £15,000.00

  • Unlimited Print (Point of Sale Material, Sales Collateral, Print Ads, Tradeshow Material) and Digital Media (URLs, Banners, Email Blast, Social media sites, Web-Based media) usage of BTN’s 2025 Business Travel Awards Europe winner logo.

Option 3: 2025 Business Travel Awards Europe Award Licensing Package: £10,000.00

  • Unlimited Digital Media (Multiple URLs, Banners, Email Blast, Social media sites, Web-Based media) usage of BTN’s 2025 Business Travel Awards Europe winner logo.

Option 4: 2025 Business Travel Awards Europe Award Licensing Package: £10,000.00

  • Unlimited Print Media (Point of Sale Material, Sales Collateral, Print Ads, Tradeshow Material) usage of BTN’s 2025 Business Travel Awards Europe winner logo.

  • In order to use the winner logo or the BTN logo in your marketing materials, yes, you would need to purchase the licensing. Without licensing, you are able to make reference to the award using text only.

  • We will provide marketing assets to all who are shortlisted at no cost.

  • You must have a license to promote that you are a winner. Assets will not provided unless a package is purchased.
