Sue has spent most of her career in the TMC world, moving to the client-side post-pandemic.   This has given her the rare opportunity to see the world from a client’s perspective and re-evaluate what “value” looks like in a managed travel programme.  

Having a background in operations, account management and being a regular business traveller gives her a real insight and understanding of every aspect of her role.  

Her passion is for great customer service and good-quality data.  Analytical she can ‘slice and dice’ the data to get a true understanding of the value of the managed travel programme, and therefore opportunities to improve it.  

She has a great interest in sustainability and understanding how we can protect both this fabulous industry of ours and the planet for future generations.
