The Business Travel Awards Europe returns in 2026 to celebrate the very best of the business travel industry – with an unforgettable evening of awards, entertainment, networking and celebration.

From a new host and refreshed awards format to live music, magic, casino tables and the return of the after-party, discover what’s in store for 2026.

A new-look evening

• This year, guests will enjoy the full three-course dinner before the awards ceremony gets underway, creating a more focused, fast-paced celebration when it’s time to reveal the winners.

Gold, Silver and Bronze awards

• The exceptional strength and volume of entries this year has inspired an evolution of the awards format. Categories may now recognise outstanding achievements with Gold, Silver and Bronze distinctions, replacing the previous format of one winner and occasional highly commended entries. The number of distinctions awarded will vary by category. Find out more here.

Four new awards

• We’re expanding the awards to recognise excellence in some of the areas shaping the future of business travel. Four new categories join the line-up for 2026:

  • Business Travel Partner of the Year – Cross-border Support Services

  • Business Travel Partner of the Year – Payment or Expense Solution

  • Business Travel Achievement in Sustainability

  • Business Travel Achievement in Artificial Intelligence Innovation

More entertainment throughout the night

• There’s plenty happening beyond the awards themselves, with entertainment and experiences running from the drinks reception right through to the after-party.

Bid for a brilliant cause

• Guests will also have the opportunity to take part in our silent auction in support of Springboard, raising funds for the charity while bidding on a selection of fantastic prizes.

Strike a pose

• Capture the night at our photo booth, kindly sponsored by American Express Global Business Travel, open during both the drinks reception and after-party.

Magic from Maddox Dixon

• Magician and illusionist Maddox Dixon, who appeared on Britain’s Got Talent will take to the stage during the evening with a special performance for guests.

Casino tables are back

• Back by popular demand, the casino tables return for 2026, giving guests another chance to try their luck during the after-party.

Party Up take the stage

• Once the awards are over, it’s time to celebrate. Party Up will bring the after-party to life with live music, followed by our DJ keeping the dancefloor going into the night.

• The Business Travel Awards Europe has always been about bringing the industry together – and in 2026, your network gets even bigger.
